Founded in 2010, Primasys has been offering a range of IT consulting services in the on-premises and cloud infrastructure area as well as more specialized Risk-Based Security Assessment services. The team has already build up extensive experience with Nextcloud, setting up multiple high scalability, high availability installations at customers.
Servicing multiple sectors
With offices in Jakarta – Indonesia, Primasys offers their services in government and state owned enterprises, FMCG, transportation, NGO and financial institutions such as the Indonesian stock exchange and Financial Services Authority. But also the well known Carrefour supermarket chain is a customer. Most of their customers are based in Jakarta, Indonesia, or close by and Primasys offers their services in Indonesian and English.
Primasys has an experienced team with certifications for CIISP, Google Cloud Associate, AWS Associate and Microsoft Certified engineers. This allows heterogeneous services, and the team has successfully migrated a large customer from Microsoft SharePoint to Nextcloud, and a move from a Windows File Share to Nextcloud at a customer is under way. Primasys also has experience managing and scaling up the OnlyOffice collaboration platform with Nextcloud in a high availability setup.
On prominent Nextcloud customer at Primasys is Angkasa Pura II, one of the airport operators in indonesia, managing over 10 airports. At this customer, the move to a private collaboration platform was initiated to maintain data sovereignty which could be achieved with 3rd party cloud based file share provider. They had the requirement that when they would share data with external people, they would know that the files are still control of their own IT team, on premises.
