But also the well known Carrefour supermarket chain is a customer. Most of their customers are based in Jakarta, Indonesia, or close by and Primasys offers their services in Indonesian and English.
Primasys has an experienced team with certifications for CIISP, Google Cloud Associate, AWS Associate and Microsoft Certified engineers. This allows heterogeneous services, and the team has successfully migrated a large customer from Microsoft SharePoint to Nextcloud, and a move from a Windows File Share to Nextcloud at a customer is under way. Primasys also has experience managing and scaling up the OnlyOffice collaboration platform with Nextcloud in a high availability setup.
On prominent Nextcloud customer at Primasys is Angkasa Pura II, one of the airport operators in indonesia, managing over 10 airports. At this customer, the move to a private collaboration platform was initiated to maintain data sovereignty which could be achieved with 3rd party cloud based file share provider. They had the requirement that when they would share data with external people, they would know that the files are still control of their own IT team, on premises.
Our customers are very satisfied with the Nextcloud solution. They can have their own Private File Share and still able to remain in control of their data. They also love the collaboration capabilities with OnlyOffice. A Dropbox-like function and sharing with expiry date are some of their favorite capabilities.
