Become a volunteer, get travel support
To ensure everything runs smoothly, we are calling on passionate volunteers like you to join our team. Whether you are a seasoned Nextcloud veteran or new to the community, your enthusiasm and skills can make a significant impact. As a volunteer, you’d help out with tasks like:
Helping out at the registration table – greeting guests, handing out swag, providing information, etc.
Assisting with the technical support of keynote speakers
Passing around the mic for Q&A after keynotes and panel sessions
And more! (with still plenty of time to enjoy the conference yourself!)
Every volunteer receives up to 80% of travel support to cover their transportation to and from the conference as well as the hotel stay in Berlin. Other expenses like food are not covered.

You’ll receive and email from us if you’re accepted, or not at this event (you can always re-apply next year and/or for another event)
Book your travel and hotel!
Attend the conference 🙂
Fill out the reimbursement form including all receipts
Reimbursements can take between 4-8 weeks
Important: This opportunity is offered as a way to include everyone who wants to come to the Nextcloud Community Conference, to be able to come. Therefore, please consider your need carefully before applying, as requesting support may limit assistance available to others who might need it more. Only apply if you truly need financial assistance to attend.
