Expansion into Australia to establish a Follow-the-Sun Model

To improve the quality of their 24/7 managed services and the working conditions for their on-call team, Adfinis decided to establish a Follow-the-Sun Model. Therefore, Adfinis IT Australia Pty Ltd was incorporated in June 2020 and the first Australian system engineer started his work in October 2020. By December 2020 the number of staff doubled and was able to move into Adfinis’ official office in Brisbane, Queensland. Since then, the headcount in Adfinis’ Australian office has increased to three in order to improve reaction time, availability and reliability.

With local teams in Switzerland, the Netherlands and Australia, Adfinis now services customers all over the world around the clock.
