Seven easy steps to support Nextcloud as Product of the Year 2025

Voting is open until June 1, 2025.

The voting page is in German. We recommend you use an online translator if you have any doubts (like the Nextcloud Assistant!). We also include the translation of the most common and important words here below.

1. Head to the voting page and click “Hier geht es zur Umfrage” (“Click here for the survey”) to open the nomination form.

The homepage shows general information about the voting process, mentioning how there are 26 categories, as well as a competition. The small print includes the conditions for participation and data processing.

2. Click “Weiter” at the bottom of the page to continue.

3. Complete the 3 questions

• What is the size of the company in which you work?
• In which sector is your company active?
• What position do you hold within the company?

Click “Weiter”.

4. Select the 2 categories in which Nextcloud has been nominated: “Cloud-Speicher-Lösungen” (“Cloud Storage Solutions”) and “Collaboration”. Click “Weiter”.

5. Select Nextcloud in the category “Cloud-Speicher-Lösungen”. Click “Weiter”. Then select Nextcloud Hub 10 in the category “Collaboration”. Click “Weiter”.

6. Complete the form with your details:

• First and last name (required)
• Email (required)

The other details, such as your company name, street, and town, are optional.

Also, tick the middle box:

• Yes, I agree to the storage of my data as part of the processing of the campaign. The conditions of participation and the data protection regulations apply. (required)

The first and last boxes are optional and refer to being included in the competition and having your data stored to receive adverts.

7. Click “Ende” (“Finish”) to register your vote.
