Become a volunteer, get travel support

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we are calling on passionate volunteers like you to join our team. Whether you are a seasoned Nextcloud veteran or new to the community, your enthusiasm and skills can make a significant impact. As a volunteer, you cloud help with tasks like:

• Helping out at the registration table: Greeting guests, handing out swag, providing information, etc.
• Assisting with the technical support of keynote speakers
• Passing around the mic for Q&A after keynotes and panel sessions
• And more!

We try to make sure that you still have plenty of time to enjoy yourself at the Conference.

Every volunteer receives up to 80% of travel support to cover their transportation to and from the conference as well as the hotel stay in Berlin. Other expenses like food are not covered.

If this sounds like a win-win to you, we’d love to have you! These are the steps to take if you want to be considered to be a volunteer and receive travel support:

1. Submit your application here. You’ll receive an email from us letting you know if you’ve been accepted for this event.
2. Book your travel and hotel! See you at the conference.
3. After the conference, you can fill out the reimbursement form including all receipts. Reimbursements can take between 4-8 weeks.
