Abstract
We’re excited to announce that our latest release, Nextcloud Hub 4 adds exciting new features and improvements to Nextcloud Groupware and Office. One of the standout additions is shared mailboxes, which allows for greater team efficiency and organization in enterprise or organizational settings. In addition, the Mail App in Hub 4 now includes S/MIME (Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) for digitally signing and encrypting messages, making it even more suitable for large enterprise and government organizations. Nextcloud Office has also undergone significant improvements, with better integration, performance, document compatibility, and a reworked UI.
